Deanna Padovani-DePaço, MBA, Honored for Her Business Acumen
BERNARDSVILLE, NJ, June 17, 2014, Deanna Padovani-DePaço, MBA, President of DP Bikinis has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in entrepreneurship.
Ms. Padovani-DePaço has 12 years of professional experience, with seven years as the president of DP Bikinis. Over the years, she has refined her knowledge and skills regarding the style and cut of Brazilian bikinis. On a daily basis, she is responsible for looking up venues for purchasing, as well as booking trade shows, searching for new marketing tactics, and meeting and communicating with clients who manage gym facilities, tanning salons, boutiques, and different universities for new selling opportunities. Ms. Padovani-DePaco is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Looking back, Ms. Padovani-DePaço attributes her success to family support and encouragement. She became involved in her profession while she was traveling to Brazil looking for exporting ideas to link to the United States; she gained a new contact who introduced her to the idea of Brazilian bikinis. She absolutely loved the idea, and there is a large volume of women who would like a smaller cut bikini.
Ms. Padovani-DePaço received an MBA in entrepreneurship from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and Spanish from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Ms. Padovani-DePaço is a notable participant in beauty pageants, and she has been named Mrs. Hunterdon County in 2011, and the fourth runner-up in the Mrs. New Jersey Pageant in the same year. In years to come, Ms. Padovani-DePaço intends to become a member of the Women's Minority Business Society.
