Herman Tse Invited to Be an Assessor for the Australian Research Council
NATHAN, AUSTRALIA, April 8, 2014, Griffith University Senior Lecturer Herman H.M. Tse has been recognized for showing dedication and excellence in leadership development.
Recognized for a decade of invaluable contributions in his field, Dr. Tse has found professional success with Griffith University. Over the course of nearly five years, in his role as senior lecturer, he has taught classes in leadership development and conducted research focusing on the relationship quality among leaders, subordinates and co-workers.
Within the next five years, Dr. Tse hopes to solidify his status as a leader in the field in Australia and New Zealand. Some of his research articles is titled “Why Does Transformational Leadership Matter for Employee Turnover? A Multi-Foci Social Exchange Perspective” and “Interaction Effects Between Affective Climate and Leader-Member Exchange on Team Member Exchange: A Multi-Level Analysis.” He also received several research awards and honored invitations throughout his career, including being named an honorary senior lecturer position at the University of Tasmania. In 2012, he was invited to be an assessor for the Australian Research Council.
A brilliant example of excellence in his field, Dr. Tse received his Ph.D. in management from The University of Queensland. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Looking forward, Dr. Tse aims to continue evolving in his field. He would like to generate additional funding in order to present his research to a wider community.
